Our hire service offers a flexible and cost-effective way to access Load Angel's industry-leading range of access platforms and fall-prevention systems without the need for capital investment. Whether you're supporting a planned maintenance shutdown, completing a temporary project, or responding to increased operational demand, our hire fleet provides the same high-quality equipment trusted by customers across the UK.

To ensure we can meet demand and prepare equipment to the highest standard, we ask that all hire enquiries are made with a minimum of two weeks' notice. During periods of high demand or for larger projects, we may require between six and eight weeks' notice before the requested hire date. We strongly recommend contacting our team as early as possible to avoid disappointment and allow sufficient time for scheduling, inspection, and transport.

Every platform is thoroughly inspected, serviced, and prepared prior to dispatch to ensure it arrives ready for immediate use. Our team can also provide guidance on selecting the most suitable platform for your application, helping you maximise safety and operational efficiency throughout the hire period.

All equipment supplied under our hire service remains the sole property of Load Angel at all times. Hirers are responsible for ensuring that equipment is used correctly, operated by competent personnel, and maintained in accordance with the operating instructions provided. Equipment must not be modified, altered, repainted, or used outside its intended purpose without prior written approval from Load Angel.

Upon return, all hired equipment is inspected for cleanliness, wear, damage, and missing components. Fair wear and tear is expected; however, any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, impact, theft, vandalism, or loss may result in repair or replacement charges. Where damage is extensive or equipment is deemed beyond economical repair, charges may accumulate up to the full replacement value of the original product.

To help ensure a smooth hire experience, customers should also note the following:

• Equipment must be returned on the agreed date unless an extension has been authorised by Load Angel.

• The hirer is responsible for the security of the equipment while it remains on site.

• Platforms should only be used on suitable, stable ground and within their specified safe working limits.

• Any faults, defects, or accidental damage occurring during the hire period should be reported immediately.

• Delivery and collection dates will be agreed prior to hire and are subject to availability.

• Customers should ensure adequate access is available for delivery and collection vehicles.

• Equipment should be returned in a reasonably clean condition to avoid additional cleaning charges.
