Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of products and services by Load Angel, a trading name associated with Grantham Fabrications and Profile Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
Products: Any goods manufactured or supplied by Load Angel, including bespoke access and safety solutions.
Services: Design, consultation, manufacturing, delivery, and installation services.
Customer: Any individual or organisation purchasing from us.
Bespoke Items: Custom-designed products manufactured to specific customer requirements.
2. About Us
Load Angel provides standard and bespoke access and fall protection solutions for industrial, commercial, and specialist applications. All products are designed and manufactured in the UK unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to confirmation of manufacture.
3.3 For bespoke items, production will only begin once drawings, specifications, and quotations have been approved by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Prices may vary depending on material costs, design complexity, and project scope.
4.3 Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in delays or suspension of work (we don’t like chasing invoices… but we will).
5. Bespoke Products
5.1 Bespoke products are manufactured specifically for your requirements and cannot typically be returned or refunded.
5.2 Minor design adjustments may be possible prior to manufacture approval stage.
5.3 Once production has started, changes may incur additional costs.
6. Delivery & Installation
6.1 Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, site access restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances (including British weather doing what British weather does).
6.3 Where installation is provided, the customer must ensure safe and reasonable site access.
7. Safety & Compliance
7.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for the intended use and environment.
7.2 Our products are designed in line with applicable UK safety standards where specified.
7.3 Incorrect installation or misuse of products may compromise safety and will void liability.
8. Warranties
8.1 We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for a reasonable period under normal use.
8.2 This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or modifications made without approval.
9. Liability
9.1 We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Cancellations & Returns
10.1 Standard products may be eligible for return at our discretion if unused and in original condition.
10.2 Bespoke items are non-cancellable once manufacture has begun.
10.3 Any approved returns may be subject to restocking or handling fees.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and technical documentation remain the property of Load Angel unless otherwise agreed in writing. They may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruption, fire, flood, or acts of government.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
